This is it. A couple of disclaimers. I don't know what I'm doing. I am making it all up as I go along. I am obviously not an attorney, not even close, not even if you squint. The Oregon State Bar does a good job of giving free referals to an attorney who will advise you on almost any legal problem for under a hundred dollars.
